Here are the latest mortgage rates:
- 30 year fixed = 3.875%
- 20 year fixed = 3.625%
- 15 year fixed = 3.25%
- 10 year ARM = 3.625%
- 7 Year ARM = 3.50%
- 5 Year ARM = 3.00%
- FHA/VA = 30 year fixed rate = 3.875%
- Jumbo (loan amounts over $424,100)
- 30 year fixed rate = 4.00%
- 5 year ARM = 3.125%
- 7 year ARM = 3.375%
- 10 year ARM = 3.625%
